We prepare the workers, we build the tools

We work so that companies have the qualified people they need, in a changed moment. Optersoft Academy forms future IT talent, retrains professionals and teaches non-technical staff to run a business with AI. The tools that work runs on — Python and Rust, Oxid, hive — are ours, and we build with them for companies too.

Academy

We prepare the workers

Three kinds of people a company needs, and a course for each. Every course is built from the material vocational classrooms already use, taught at the versions we run in production.

Future IT talent
The higher vocational cycles — ASIX, DAM, DAW, IABD. The official title through a partner centre.
Professionals retraining
The specialisation courses — through an authorised partner, or on our own.
Non-technical staff
Run a business with AI instead of Excel, on your own machine.
What Academy teaches

Tools

We build the tools

Oxid, web applications in pure Python; agent, the autonomous coder that works our repositories; box, a Linux machine on any Windows laptop, and our Kotlin Toolchain extension for VS Code — the last two so that every machine in an Academy classroom is ready in minutes. All of it in production on our own work before it reaches yours.

The platform we build on

For companies

The people you have, and the technology you need next

Bring your own staff up to date with a course, start on Python, Rust or AI with people who already ship it, or have a web application built in pure Python. We assess, build the first thing with your team, and leave you able to continue without us.

What we take on

About

Who you would actually be working with

There is no account manager here and no layer to be handed down to. The people who agree the scope of your project are the people who build it — named, with faces, on one page.

Who is behind it

Tell us who you need

A team to bring up to date, a cycle to teach, a project to start — a couple of paragraphs is enough. You hear back from the people who do the work.
